Dbeibah and Boulos discuss Libya’s political and economic developments

Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdulhamid Dbeibah, met on Tuesday with US President’s Senior Adviser for Arab and African Affairs, Massad Boulos, and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of Deputy Minister of Defense Lieutenant General Abdulsalam Al-Zoubi.
According to the government’s Hakomitna platform, the meeting focused on the latest political and economic developments in Libya. Both sides exchanged views on a number of issues of mutual interest and stressed the importance of continued coordination and unified efforts to support stability, while also reviewing bilateral relations and ways to strengthen cooperation between the two countries.
The meeting was also attended by US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Kyle Liston and the US Chargé d’Affaires to Libya, Jeremy Berndt.
